APPROVAL OF USE FOR 32' x 45' STRUCTURE ON PARCEL 1 IN THE sw 114 OF SECTION a BY ROBERT BARWICK
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted to construct a 32' x
45' accessory building on Parcel 1 at the corner of Field and
Hillendale. and
WHEREAS. It is proposed to construct a dwelling in the
summer of 1991, and
WHEREAS, This building will be used for the parking of
trucks as listed in the statement supplied by Robert Barwick
dated 12/11 /90.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the use of this 32' x 45' structure for the parking of two 1 ton
dump trucks and a Chevy van on Parcel 1 in the SW 1/4 of Section
8.
