GLENN HANSEN
WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted to divide 5 acres of
the Glenn Hansen property in the SW 114 of Section 8, and
WHEREAS, This land is zoned R-1 and is unsewered.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch and will be receptive to a certified survey map along
with evidence of an on-site disposal system capability.
