APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR a' x ai TEUPORARY SIGN ADVERTISING
COUNTRY BROOK ESTATES SUBDIVISION IN THE
SE 114 OF SECTION 16 - DON MILLER
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place an 8' x 8' temporary sign
advertising a new subdivision on the Don Miller property in the
SE 1 /4 of Section 16, and
WHEREAS, A sketch was approved on August 21, 1990.
WHEREAS, The permitted size and location shall be at the
discretion of the Plan Commission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. That the Plan Commission approve
the the temporary sign for one year and renewable for six month
periods until 75% of the development has occurred.
