REQUEST TO IDENTIFY AND DESCRIBE ANY SPECIFIC HAZARDS

S95 W13410 RYAN ROAD-RYAN TERRACE MANOR
WHEREAS, A request from the Department of Health and ?,cia1
Services for a description of any specific hazards which may
affect the health and safety of the residents of a commercial
based residential facility at S95 W13410 Ryan Road has been
received. and
WHEREAS, They have requested any natural or man-made
hazards be defined, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission reports
that the pond may constitute a hazard for this site and should be
fenced in, as well as have the well and septic system inspected.
