RESOLUTION #P.C. 209-90
WHEREAS. A preliminary plat for a six (6) lot division of
the Clarence Froelich property in the SE 1/4 of Section 5 has
been submitted, and
WHEREAS, All of the objecting agencies have been notified
and have had sufficient time to repond.
WHEREAS, A report dated November 26. 1990 has been
submitted by the City Engineers listing several concerns.
WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat for the remaining portion of
the Froelich property has been approved.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. That the six lot Preliminary Plat
of the Clarence Froelich property (Suburban Heights) in the
SE 1/4 of Section 5 be approved subject to answering the concerns
of the City Engineers.
