APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR 6'X12' TEMPORARY SIGN ADVERTISING
LAKE POINT ESTATES IN THE SE 114 SECTION 10
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place an 6'x12' non-illuminated
sign advertising Lake Point Estates subdivision on Lot 30 on the
corner of Woods Road and proposed Seafare Pass by Kaerek
Builders, and
WHEREAS, This is a temporary sign for the purpose of
announcing the development. and
WHEREAS, The permitted size and location shall be at the
discretion of the Plan Commission, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. That the Plan Commission approve
the 6'x12' non-illuminated temporary sign for one year and
renewable for six month periods until 75% of the development has
occurred.
