SE 114 SECTION 10-GOLDEN MEADOWS JOINT VENTURE
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for Lake Point Estates in the
SE 114 Section 10 has been submitted and sent to all objecting
agencies. and
WHEREAS, They have had sufficient time to respond. and
WHEREAS, The lots fronting on Woods Road would have street
access restricted, and
WHEREAS, The City Engineers have several items that must be
corrected on the plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. That the Plan Commission approve
r the preliminary plat and will be receptive to the final plat
having the items the City Engineer has listed corrected and the
Woods Road street access restricted.
