WHEREAS. A Preliminary Plat for Lake Point Estates in the
SE 1/4 Section 10 has been submitted and sent to all objecting
agencies. and
WHEREAS. They have had sufficient time to respond, and
WHEREAS, The City Engineers have fourteen (14) items that
must be corrected on the plat, and
WHEREAS. On'e of those items states that there is less than
300' minimum offset from Bay Lane that is required in Section 7.4
of the land division ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. That the Plan Commission deny the
Preliminary Plat as submitted and will be receptive to a
Preliminary Plat revised as per the City Engineer's comments.
