BUILDING AT W180 S7799 PIONEER DRIVE-AL BIWER
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a 2' x 3' projecting sign
on the building addressed as W180 S7799 Pioneer Drive by A1
Biewer. and
WHEREAS, This will extend 4' into the Right-of-way on
Pioneer Drive and is considered a freestanding sign. and
WHEREAS, The size conforms to the zoning regulations.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. That the Plan Commission approve
the 6 square foot projecting sign subject to the owner filing
with the City of Muskego a record as part of the deed for the
property an agreement that the sign will be removed when
necessary for the improvement of the street and will cla
damage for the same.
