PCR1990205APPROVAL TO REZONE PROPERTY ADDRESSED AS W151 S7762 MYSTIC DRIVE DUPLEX BY CRAIG LAWDANSKI, AGENT FOR ELKIN COMPANY RESOLUT>ON. #P. c. 205-90 FROM RS-2 TO RS-2/OD TO ALLOW AN EXISTING HOME TO BE USED AS A WHEREAS, A building addressed as W151 S7762 Mystic Drive has been converted from a single family to a two family without the necessary permits and zoning change, and WHEREAS, The Department of Planning h Development recently became aware that it is now being used for a two family because of complaints to the department, and WHEREAS, The owner and realtor were notified by letter on October 29, 1990, and WHEREAS, An agent €or the Elkin Company has petitioned to rezone the property from RS-2 to RS-2/0D, and WHEREAS, The Common Council public hearing will be held on December 11, 1990, and WHEREAS, The duplex is located on 30 acres of land. and WHEREAS, This land is not sewered and the amount of land necessary for a duplex would be 80,000 square feet. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend rezoning to the Common Council for a parcel only large enough to meet the zoning requirements of this RS-2/0D district without sewer subject to the filing of a certified survey map. PC205-90 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to an inspection of the septic systems by the Health Department and inspection of the building by the Building Inspection Department and a certificate of occupancy issued.
