REZONE PROPERTY IN THE NW 114 OF SECTION 4 FROM RS-2
TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF A DUPLEX BY VIM DAVIS
WHEREAS, A petition has been submitted to the city to
rezone two parcels in the Jewel Crest Subdivision from KS-2 to
RS-2/0D. and
WHEREAS, This petition was submitted to allow for the
construction of a duplex on the two parcels of land in Block 23
of the Jewel Crest Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, The Common Council public hearing will be held on
December 11 , 1990, and
WHEREAS, These lots were divided in 1972, and
WHEREAS, The zoning will not change the density.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend approval to the Common Council to rezone the two
parcels in the Jewel Crest Subdivision from RS-2 to RS-Z/OD.
