WITH AN EXISTING COTTAGE ON LOTS 22 h 23 IN THE UNRECORDED
LARSON'S SUBDIVISION FOR JOSEPH W. ALBERT
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a new dwelling on Lots
22 and 23 in the Unrecorded Larson's Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to retain the existing cottage and
construct a new home, and
WHEREAS, Both Lot 22 and Lot
ownership, and
WHEREAS, This is in RS-2/0LS
WHEREAS, The OLS zoning perm
23 are held in the same
zoning, and
its individual cabins or
cottages for rental on a limited seasonal basis under conditional
use.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the conditional use grant to permit a new home along with an
existing cottage on Lots 22 and 23 in the Unrecorded Larson's
Subdivision.
