RESOLUTION CP-C. 201-90
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place two freestanding signs at
W126 S9205 North Cape Road for Dave Krutz. and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place one 4' x 5' sign on the
fence and one 2' x 3' sign on a post located approximately 250'
south of the driveway.
WHEREAS, This property is zoned R-2 and is permitted to
board horses on the property, and
WHEREAS, The signs are being placed to advertise this
permitted use.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
placing one 4' x 5' sign on the fence and one 2' x 3' sign on a
post located approximately 250' south of the driveway.
