WHEREAS, A request has been made to park one truck and
equipment inside the building at W216 S10021 Crowbar Road by
George Maciosek. Jr., and
WHEREAS, This property is zoned Agricultural, and
WHEREAS, It has now been determined that this shed will be
used to park a light duty commercial truck and equipment inside
this building, and
WHEREAS, Section 6.04 (4)G, c states that the Plan
Commission may permit the parking of trucks and equipment if in
their opinion it will not affect the safety, morals and welfare
of the surrounding areas because of the specific size and
location of the lot and the character of the surrounding area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the parking of one light commercial truck and non-motorized
equipment in the 51' x 54' shed at W216 510021 Crowbar Road for
George Maciosek, Jr.
