NW 114 OF SECTION 13. TOWN OF WATERFORD-JOHN GORSLINE
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on 11/13/90
for a land division in the NW 1/4 of Section 13, Town of
Waterford for John Gorsline. and
WHEREAS, This approval is necessary under the city's
extraterritorial plan approval, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Waterford must approve land division
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission. approve
the certified survey map in the NW 1/4 of Section 13, Town of
Waterford for John Gorsline.
