WARNER CABLE
AMENDED
WHEREAS. It is proposed to amend the site plan of the
Mollgaard building addressed as W146 S6450 Tess Corners Drive,
and
WHEREAS, This is a multi-use building, and
WHEREAS, There has been recent remodeling of the rear of
the building for Warner Cable, and
WHEREAS, It is now proposed to add additional parking area
at the front of the building, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed that this 50' x 92' fenced in area
will be hard surfaced as per code, and
WHEREAS, Landscaping to be provided with ten 4' evergreen
trees planted in front of the building.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended site plan for the Mollgaard building addressed as
W146 S6450 Tess Corners Drive to permit the placement of a 52' x
92' chain link fence parking area for Warner Cable's service
trucks.
