WHEREAS. It is proposed to change use in the commercial
building addressed as W180 S7799 Pioneer Drive, and
WHEREAS, This is in a B-1 District, and
WHEREAS, All retail uses must be approved by the Plan
Commission, and
WHEREAS, This building will be used for retail sale of
crafts and antique reproductions, and
WHEREAS, In the past it was used for the sale and
maintenance of lawn and garden equipment, and
WHEREAS, The hours of operation will be from 9 AM to 9 PM.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the use for the resale shop and antique reproduction business at
W180 S7799 Pioneer Drive.
