WHEREAS, It is proposed to change use in the commercial

WHEREAS, This is in a B-1 District, and
WHEREAS, All retail uses must be approved by the Plan
Commission, and
WHEREAS, This will be used for a resale shop and antique
reproduction business, and
WHEREAS, In the past it was used for the sale and
maintenance of lawn and garden equipment.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the use for the resale shop and antique reproduction business at
W180 S7799 Pioneer Drive.
