VEEREAS, A sketch by Mr. Gerlach has been submitted for a
five lot land division located at S69 W12871 Woods Road, and
WHEREAS, The applicant has submitted two design layouts for
the land division, and
WHEREAS, There is an existing home on one of the five
proposed lots in the land division, and
WHEREAS, The lot sizes meet the RS-2 zoning district
requirements, and
WHEREAS, The lots are intended to be sewered and abut a
roadway which will be dedicated to the city, and
WHEREAS, One of the designs indicate a road design that
aligns at right angles to Maclen Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the five (5) lot land division sketch at S69 W12871 Woods Road
and be receptive to a certified survey map with the engineers
approval for the road alignment.
