WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 30' x 60' shed at
W219 S7688 Crowbar (SW 1/4 of Section 7), and
WHEREAS, This lot is 3.032 acres in size and is located in
an unsewered area and predominately undeveloped, and
WHEREAS, The building will exceed 1 percent of the lot
area, and
WHEREAS, This will exceed 4/10 of a percent over 1 percent,
and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission may permit outbuildings over 1
percent if it is in a predominately undeveloped area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the construction of a 30' x 60'shed at W219 S7688 Crowbar.
