STEVEN MOSER
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on October
24, 1990 by Steve Moser for a two (2) lot division in the NU 114
of Section 11, and
WHEREAS, The sketch had been approved in P.C. 171-86, and
WHEREAS, These lots are now served by municipal sewers.
WHEREAS, Each of the parcels are 17,748 square feet in size
and the zone district requires a minimum of 20,000 square feet
per lot, and
WHEREAS, The land division ordinance allows the Plan
Commission to grant approval to lots which do not meet zoning
district requirements, and a WHEREAS, These lots contain 88.7 percent of the required
area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for a two (2) lot division in the NU 114
of Section 11 for Steven Moser and recommend approval to the
Common Council subject to approval from the city engineers and
payment of all fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
