APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY SIGN AND BANNER
BREANN RIDGE SUBDIVISION
RESOLUTION #P-C- 189-90
AS, It is proposed to place a 4‘x8‘ plywood non-
illuminated temporary sign mounted on 4”x4” posts at S75 W16788
Jacob Court in the Breann Ridge Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, This sign is to be located on the corner of the
property, and
WHEREAS, This is a temporary sign €or the purpose of
announcing the development, and
WHEREAS, The permitted size and location shall be at the
discretion of the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to install a 16’ x 4’ banner which ’e will read “Now Renting” on the brick of the first building and

moved to other buildings later.
i THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 4’x8’ temporary sign at 575 W16788 Jacob Court and the 16’ x
4’ banner in the Breann Ridge Subdivision.
