PCR1990188APPROV 'AL OF FINAL PLAT 6 DEED RESTRICTIONS FOR BREANN RIDGE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 188-90
SUBDIVISION, SU 1/4 OF SECTION 10
WHEREAS, A final plat was submitted on 10/2/90 to finalize
a six (6) lot division in the SW 1/4 of Section 10 in the Breann
Ridge Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, This plat was rezoned to RSM/OPD in Resolution
j1P.C. 48-90-A, and
WHEREAS, The preliminary plat was approved in Common
Council Resolution 210-90, and
WHEREAS, The building, site and operation plans including
the landscaping were approved in P.C. #101-90, and
WHEREAS, The deed restrictions have been submitted, and
WHEREAS, The city engineers have no objection to the final
plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the final plat and recommend approval to the Common Council
subject to satisfying the objections of all approving agencies
and payment of all fees as provided in Section 10 of the land
division ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
the submittal of a developer's agreement and letter of credit.
