TAX KEY t2211.030 AND 2211.031
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego is acquiring property located
on Holz Drive, Tax Key Numbers 2211.030 and 2211.031, and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended acceptance
of this property, and
WHEREAS, Section 62.23 of the Wisconsin Statutes empowers
the Plan Commission for approval before acquisition.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the acquisition of land on Holz Drive and recommend approval to
the Common Council.
