AMENDED
YEEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 24' x 30' second
garage structure at W199 S7525 Lakeview Drive for Hans Poss, and
WHEREAS, This structure will be used for a collector car
and boat, and
WHEREAS, The exterior of the building is to match that of
the existing dwelling on the lot with a brick front and vinyl
upper, and
WHEREAS, The location will meet the zoning requirements of
this RS-2 zoning.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 24' x 30' second garage structure at W199 S7525 Lakeview
Drive for Hans Poss.
