WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 10' x 16' (second
garage structure) tool shed at W156 S7795 Ladwig Drive for Greg
Mathy, and
WHEREAS, The location of this shed conforms to the offsets
and setbacks for this RS-3 zoning, and
WHEREAS, The shed will be used for storage of lawn
equipment and snowmobile.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 10' x 16' shed as a second garage structure at W156 S7795
Ladwig Drive.
