WHEREAS, A request has been submitted to construct a 32' x
54' pole barn (second garage structure) on the property in the SE
114 of Section 15, and
WHEREAS, The structure will be used to store equipment and
boats prior to building his home on this property.
WHEREAS, The structure will be located within the zoning
district setback and offset requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the second garage structure for Craig Lawdanski in the SE 114 of
Section 15, Parcel 1 Bass East Point Estates.
