NE 114 SECTION 15-CRAIG LAUDANSKI
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission in P.C. 177-88 dated 10/2/88
approved a three lot division conditioned that the six (6)
cottages be removed prior to the recording of the certified
survey map or a bond be issued until a permit is issued, and
WHEREAS, A $1,000 cash bond was deposited that called for
the six (6) cottages to be removed on or before March 3, 1991,
and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting an extension of the
removal of the last two cottages until September 3, 1991, and
WHEREAS, One of the cottages is used for the storage of
material and other cottage is used for a groundskeeper/security
person.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission grant
the extension for the removal of the two cottages until
September 3, 1991.
