PCR1990181APPROVAL OF SIGNAGE 6 LANDSCAPING FOR STONEY CREEK DEVELOPBENT RESOLUTION #P.C. 181-90 SE 114 SECTION 2 AMENDED VEEREAS, It is proposed to construct an institutional sign for the Stoney Creek Development in the SE 1/4 of Section 2, and WHEREAS, This sign is approximately 5'8" x 3'8", and WHEREAS, The sign is an integral part of the landscape architecture feature such as a wall and may be permitted without limitation as to the size if the Plan Commission determines that it is aesthetically in keeping with the character of the neighborhood. WHEREAS, A landscaping plan has been submitted. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the sign and landscaping for the Stoney Creek Development as indicated on the sketch and plan submitted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a landscape architect be consulted in regards to the plantings on the shoreline of the pond, the area be landscaped to prevent sediment, silt and other problems and that the tree plantings around the visitors' parking lot shield the light from the neighbors' properties.
