PCR1990180APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY HAP FOR STONEY CREEK RESOLUTION #P.C. 180-90 SE 114 SECTION 2 WHEREAS, It is proposed to create a four parcel division in the SE 114 of Section 2 for Muskego Investment Partners, and WHEREAS, Lot 4 comprises approximately 10 acres to be used for the Stoney Creek Development, and WHEREAS, There will be three residential lots abutting Tess Corners Drive, and WHEREAS, These lots will meet the requirements of the RS-2 zoning. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the four parcel division subject to a letter from FEMA concerning Parcel 3. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is contingent upon approval of the City Engineer and all payments in accordance with Section 10 of the land division ordinance.
