WHEREAS, A site plan has been submitted showing the grass
area, the blacktop area, the trees and gravel area for M & W
Marine, and
WHEREAS, The request also includes a flat wall sign at S63
W13951 College Avenue, and
WHEREAS, The building, fencing and grading of the
freestanding sign had been previously submitted in P.C. 166-90.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That a flat wall sign does not
exceed 3% of the facade of the building and the area showing the
blacktop, grass, gravel and trees be approved.
