SE XI4 SECTION 8 b NE 114 SECTION 17 - TERRA DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, A final plat for the Lake Forest Subdivision in
the SE :1/4 of Section 8 and NE 1/4 of Section 17 was submitted on
9/14/90, and
WHEREAS, The first phase will include 60 single family
lots, and
WHEREAS, This phase also includes 3 outlots, and
WHEREAS, The final plat appears to follow the preliminary
plat approved in P.C. 84-90.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the final plat and recommend approval to the Common Council
subject to:
1- the City Engineer and all objecting agencies approval
2- submittal of subdivider's agreement prior to the submittal to
the Common Council
3- submittal of all the fees in Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance.
