APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE (SHED)
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 12' x 20' second
garage structure (shed) at S68 W12950 Bristlecone Lane for David
Schimborski, and
WHEREAS, This structure will be located next to the
existing garage with a 20' offset and a 50' setback, and
WHEREAS, The shed will be used for an aluminum boat,
snowmobile with trailer and normal residential yard equipment.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 12' x 20' second garage structure (shed) for David
Schimborski at S68 W12950 Bristlecone Lane.
