SUBDIVISION, NW 1/4 SECTION 17-TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, On September 12, 1990 a preliminary plat was
submitted to create a 10 lot subdivision known as Day Break
Subdivision in the NW 114 of Section 17, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, The preliminary plat will be reviewed by Racine
County Planning Department for approval, and
WHEREAS, This approval is necessary under the city's
extraterritorial plat approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the preliminary plat for Day Break Subdivision in the NW 114 of
Section 17, Town of Norway and recommend approval to the Common
Council for a 10 lot subdivision.
