APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR MJ5ADOW GREEN WEST ADDITION #2

WHEREAS, The final plat for Meadow Green West Addition 112
has been submitted for approval, and

1 WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat has been approved in P.C.
137-90A, and
I
WHEREAS, The Final Plat appears to be in conformance with
the Preliminary Plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Final Plat for Meadow.Green West Addition 112 in the NE 1/4 of
Section 16 and recommend approval to the Common Council subject
to complying with the concerns of all approving and objecting I agencies along with all the concerns of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval is contingent
upon receipt of all other fees required by Section 10 of the land
division ordinance.
