AMENDED
APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE & OPERATION PLAN W144 S6347 COLLEGE COURT-RHINE KRUEGER
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 70' x 100' building
for Rhine Krueger on College Court, and
WHEREAS, There is an existing 40' x 84' building on the
site, and
WHEREAS, The proposed building will be used for a trucking
business that is permitted in the 1-1 district, and
WHEREAS, They show three existing trees to remain in the
setback area, and
WHEREAS, This is a metal building, and
WHEREAS, The building will be divided into two equal units
each having plumbing facilities with a small office.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the building, site and operation plan for Rhine Krueger at W144
S6347 College Court subject to:
1- any signage being approved prior to the installation of same.
2- driveway & parking lot must be asphalted by July 1991
