PCR1990168RESOLUTION #P.C. 168-90 AMENDED APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 9 DUANE ti NANNETTE CHEREK WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on September 10, 1990 by Duane & Nannette Cherek for a two parcel land division located in the SE 1/4 of Section 9, and WHEREAS, This land division is a redivision of Parcel 1 which is being proposed to be divided by J-C Development Corp., and WHEREAS, These parcels will be used for sing residences, and WHEREAS, These parcels will have access by a le-family dedicated roadway and be served by sewer and water facilities, and WHEREAS, The subdividers regulations for certified survey maps allow only four parcels under one and one-half acres in size to be created within five years, and WHEKEAS, The previous certified survey map by J-C Development Corporation is intended to be approved and recorded, and the sale of these lots concluded prior to approval by the Common Council. THEKEFOKE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval of this certified survey map located in the SE 1/4 of Section 9 to the Common Council for Duane and Nannette Cherek. Pg. 2, PC168-90 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is contingent upon the recording of the certified survey map and the title to these properties be transferred to Duane and Nannette Cherek prior to the Common Council's approval. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to City Attorney's approval of Resolution #P.C. 167-90, as amended.
