APPROVAL OF BLDG., SITE h OPERATION PIAN FOR M h W MARINE

RESOLUTION #P.C. 166-90
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct an 80' x 160' building
for boat storage at S63 W13951 College, and
WHEREAS, This land was rezoned in July from KS-2/B-2 to I-
1, and
WHEREAS, The use is a permitted use by right in that zoning
district, and
WHEREAS, The offsets and setbacks have been met, and
WHEREAS, This is a metal building.
THEKEFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the building, site & operation plan for M h W Marine, Inc. at S63
W13951 College subject to submittal of landscaping, signage and
lighting to be approved by the Plan Commission before occupancy. e
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the area on two sides of the
building shall be hard surfaced for 30' and marked as a fire
lane, and that the driveway shall be hard surfaced by August 1,
1991, with the petitioner and the Director of Planning &
Development establishing an amount of financial guarantee.
