WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 10' x 16' second
garage structure at 571 W19706 Williams Drive for John F. Ratz,
Sr., and
WHEKEAS, The storage shed and its location would meet the
requirements for the zoning district, and
WHEREAS, The storage structure will be architecturally
compatible with the residential structure.
THEKEFOKE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 10' x 16' second garage structure at S71 WlY706 Williams
Drive for John F. Katz, Sr.
