S75 W17425 JANESVILLE RD.-ROBERT KLENZ
WHEREAS, A site plan and sign drawing have been submitted
for a freestanding sign to replace an existing freestanding sign,
and
WHEREAS, The new sign will be located in the same location
as the old sign, and
WHEREAS, The Board of Appeals in Appeal 10-86 granted the
location for this proposed sign, and
WHEREAS, The new sign will be a 4' x 8' double sided
interior illuminated sign, and
WHEREAS, The size of this sign meets the zoning district
requirements for square feet.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the freestanding sign for Robert Klenz at 575 W17425 Janesville
Road.
