WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 24' x 24' second
garage structure at 575 W14592 Pilgrim Drive for Walter Spann,
and
WHEREAS, This structure will be finished and treated in a
manner compatible with the existing dwelling, and
WHEREAS, This garage meets all the requirements of the
Building Code and the Zoning Ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 24' x 24' second garage structure located at S75 W14592
Pilgrim Drive for Walter Spann.
