WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 12' x 20' second
garage structure on Lot 27 in Durhamswood Subdivision (addressed
as S74 W14513 Settlerway) for Michael h Mary Luessi, and
WHEREAS, The location conforms to the zoning ordinance and
the shed with a gambrel roof is compatible with residential
construction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 12' x 20' storage shed to be used for residential purposes on
Lot 27 in Durhamswood Subdivision (addressed as 574 W14513
Settlerway).
