NW 1 14 OF SECTION 18-TOWN OF NORWAY, NORBERT NICHOLAS
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on September
5, 1990 to divide property in the NW 114 of Section 18, Town of
Norway for Norbert Nicholas, and
WHEREAS, Our land division regulations require that all
extraterritorial land divisions must be reviewed by the Plan
Commission and Common Council.
THEKEFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map in the NW 114 of Section 18 in the Town
of Norway and recommend approval to the Common Council.
