WHEREAS, A petition for a conditional use grant to allow
construction of a mother-in-law unit on Lot 2 in-Glen Oaks
Subdivision located in the NW 114 of Section 7 (addressed as W212
S7412 Annes Way) has been submitted, and
WHEREAS, A public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, These lots are over 3 acres in size, and
WHEREAS, It meets the requirements of the ordinance such as
to appear as a single-family dwelling and the second unit does
not exceed 800 square feet in area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the conditional use grant for the mother-in-law unit at W212
S7412 Annes Way for Stephen Schneider.
