APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
NW 1/4 SECTION 8, TOWN OF NORWAY-AMERICAN SURVEYING CO., INC.
WEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on August 29,
1990 to divide property in the NW 1/4 of Section 10, and
WHEREAS, The Certified Survey Map shows a two parcel
divisioti, and
WHEREAS, Our land division regulations require that all
extraterritorial land divisions be reviewed by the Plan
Commission and Common Council.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map in the NW 1/4 of Section 10 in the Town
Of Norway and recommend approval to the Common Council.
