OF BUILDING & SITE PLAN TO CONSTRUCT 50' x 60' BUILDING

WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 50' x 60' building
in the Muskego Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, This is a pre-engineered building, and
WHEREAS, It shows a minimal amount of brick in the front
and side, and
WHEREAS, The Rules of the Muskego Industrial Park state
that all buildings facing a street including side streets sha 11
be faced with decorative masonry or other material approved by
the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, This building will be used as a taxidermy studio
employing two employees, and
WHEREAS, Five to six parking spaces will be provided.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the building and site plan and will be receptive to a landscape,
signage and lighting plan prior to installation.
BE IT FmTHER RESOLVED, That the windows in this building
have awnings and shutters installed to give it a more aesthetic
appealing look.
