RESOLUTION #P.C. 156-90
GLENN HANSEN
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on August 27,
1990 by'Glenn Hansen for property in the SW 114 of Section 8, and
WHEREAS, A certified survey map divides property into three
parcels with each of the parcels containing over three acres of
land, and
WHEREAS, These three parcels were approved in a sketch of a
6 lot land division in P.C. 11119-90, and
WHEREAS, These parcels have been created in conformance
with that approved sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the three parcel land division in the SW 114 of Section 8 for
'Glenn Hansen.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval be subject to a
favorable perc test being submitted for each of the parcels, the
approval of the City Engineer and payment of all fees as per
Section 10 of the land division ordinance.
