PCR1990155RESOLUTION #P.C. 155-90 AMENDED STORAGE SHED IN THE NW 114 OF SECTION 29 FOR ROBERT SCHAEFER APPROVAL OF BUILDING AND SITE PLAN TO CONSTRUCT A 252' X 60' WHWEAS, The NW 114 of Section 29 has been rezoned from EA/R-I to EAfR-1 with an 00s overlay, and WHEREAS, This request was to enable the owner to use the 36 acres for farming, trucking, grading and snowplowing, and WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 252' x 60' metal farm pole building 40' of which will be used as a shop area, and WHEREAS, Approximately 45 pieces of equipment will be stored, and WHEREAS, There shall not be any outside storage. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the building and site plan showing the construction of a storage shed of 252' x 60'. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, This approval granted subject to: I- no outside storage of any equipment other than personal cars. 2- the size will be 252' x 60' 3- the building to be of new construction 4- private residence will follow by 1992 5- pave 60' of driveway with asphalt 5- LP fuel tanks to be located next to the building 6- limited to 17 drivers City of Muskego Plan Commission Adopted /n/d?o Defeated Deferred --m cds 8/29/90
