IN THE NU 114 OF SECTION 29 FOR ROBERT SCHAEFER
FROM EA/R-1 TO EA/R-l/OOS
WHEREAS, It is proposed to rezone 36 acres of the Laurel &
Ione Kaebisch property in the NW 114 OF Section 29 west of Racine
Avenue from EA(Exc1usive Agricultural)/R-1 to EA/R-l/OOS, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to store trucks used in snow
plowing business and agricultural equipment', and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a building for the
inside storage of this equipment', and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a house to the front
of the proposed shed structure.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend approval to the Common Council to rezone 36 acres of
the Kaebisch property in the NW 114 of Section 29 for Robert
Schaefer from EA/R-1 to EA/R-l/OOS.
