APPROVAL OF SECONDGARAGE STRUCTURE AT W197 S7325 HILLENDALE

ROBERT WIZA
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction drawings have been
submitted by Robert Wiza for a second garage structure to be
located at W197 S7325 Hillendale, and
WHEREAS, The proposed garage shall be 26' X 38' in size,
and
WHEREAS, It is to be located on the lot which contains 16+
acres, and
WHEREAS, The building will be placed such that it conforms
to the zoning district's offset requirements, and
WHEREAS, The structure will be architecturally compatible
with the proposed residential structure.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the second garage structure at W197 S7325 Hillendale.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all agricultural or other type
of equipment will be stored inside by January 1, 1991.
